Privacy policy

Bugzidna Labs Private Limited ("Bugz"), North Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, operates bugz.cloud. This policy describes what personal data this website processes and why.

What we collect: when you submit the contact form we store your name, work email, company, area of interest and message. Submissions are stored in Google Cloud Firestore. Booking a demo is handled by Cal.com under its own terms.

Self-assessments: when you complete the EU readiness or agent gate self-assessment we store your answers with your name, work email, company and call preference in Google Cloud Firestore, to show your result and reply to you. To prepare the review on your result page, your answers, without your name, email or company, are sent to Anthropic in the United States, whose AI model writes the review. The review is generated automatically, is not legal advice and is not used to make decisions about you.

Analytics: we load analytics only after you accept the cookie banner; consent is denied by default. We do not sell personal data, and we never train AI models on customer data.

Sub-processors: Google Cloud / Firebase (form storage), Sanity (site content), Cal.com (scheduling), Anthropic (product AI and self-assessment reviews), Zoho Mail (email notifications of form and self-assessment submissions).

Your rights: to access, correct or delete your data, email support@bugzidna.com. We answer within 30 days.
