By accessing or using the Bugz IaC Platform operated by BugzIdna Labs (OPC) Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

The Bugz IaC Platform ("Service") is an Infrastructure as Code platform that enables users to manage cloud infrastructure using natural language. The Service includes all features, content, and related technologies provided through our website, API, and associated services.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • Update your information as necessary to keep it current
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree not to:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through the Service

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Terms will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide by them.
